Meet the founder
The Second Income UK was founded by Justin Logan, a UK-based engineer who built the site after spending too long trawling through generic, US-centric, or upsell-driven side hustle advice that didn't apply to British readers. After years of personally testing UK side hustle platforms, second-income ideas, and tax-efficient ways to keep more of what he earned, he started TSI-UK to be the resource he wished had existed.
Justin runs the site through PB Eng Ltd, a UK-registered company. He chooses every topic that gets covered, directs the research, and reviews each article before it goes live. The site is independent: not owned by, partnered with, or sponsored by any platform, broker, or financial services company.

What we do
The Second Income UK publishes in-depth, practical guides to side hustles, passive income ideas, and money-saving strategies specifically for people living and working in the UK.
There's a lot of generic "make money online" content out there that doesn't account for UK tax rules, UK platforms, or the UK cost of living. We focus exclusively on what actually works here.
Our standards
