What information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
Information you give us voluntarily, if you sign up to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, where provided, your first name. We use this solely to send you the newsletter you signed up for.
Information collected automatically, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. We use it to understand how the site is used and to improve it. If you do not accept, none of this is collected (see Cookies below).
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the website, send newsletters to subscribers who have opted in, and analyse how the site is used so we can make it better. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. This site sets no cookies unless you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Decline, or simply ignore the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no analytics cookies are set.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link, which is also in the footer of every page. If you decline after accepting, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
We do not currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Data retention
Newsletter subscriber data is held until you unsubscribe. Analytics data from visitors who accepted cookies is kept by Google Analytics for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account. We do not store any payment information.
